If I were you, I'd inject the water *after* the turbocharger. I'd also make sure you were using a high quality WI kit that atomizes the water really well, don't use the $10 JC Whitney special

Don't expect monster power/torque gains... it will make a difference, but I doubt it would be much more than 5-8bhp when combined with appropriate fuel and timing tweaks.
