OK, thanks. I'm just wondering if it's possible to see if the wicking is occurring, by removing the cover that houses the TCU under the hood and looking at the wires going into the TCU.

If the fluid is traveling up the sheath, it sounds like it would be telling to examine the wires going into the TCU and see if they appear wet.
