UPDATE: They are fixed! I took them back out, took them apart, and found that the joints had come undone and the screws were a rusty mess. I popped the joints back together and took an old toothbrush and WD40 to the screws and all is good now! Lights are aligned and working great! Thanks all for the help, especially the great close-up pics!
