1. The following do not work: clock, interior lights, flashers, seat belt warning, trunk lamp, sun visor light ..

2. Fuse #13 controls all these and there is no power to the fuse in Acc or On or Start ...

3. Changed fuse, new flasher switch, new MultiFunction relay in fuse box that controls flasher, etc.

4. When I hit the flasher switch the turn signals will not work, but neither do the flashers.

What other checks can I make?
