There is nothing wrong with that car that a small federal bailout program could not quickly rectify. Where can I apply before bidding?

Seriously though someone out there may hopefully find it a good parts car for his needs.

At least the vendor did not hype it up as is typically seen on too many ebay adds. Three hundred will not meet the reserve apparently. Except for the distance the rust free status is hard to get in my neck of the woods.
