For best results, you need to clean the runners and plastic slides before applying new lubricant. The old grease has become hard and contaminated with dirt. This is difficult to do properly with the sunroof in place. It's not too difficult to remove the sunroof to do it right. Research how this is done elsewhere in this forum.
