So, my brother is getting fedup with his 1995 E320 and wants to give to me for FREE!!! But here is the catch, I have to sell my 300SD, The E320 runs great, it has some tranny problems it wont shift past 2500 rpm i was quoted $750 to rebuild and $300 to Remove and install, but everything in works in that car, engine is very smooth no misfire no engine codes nothing it needs good engine wash, a good touch up paint, So what do you guys think, sell my 300SD and take the E320 or Reject the offer.... The odds of getting another E320 that runs is 1 in 10000000
