Here's the deal on the special edition (one if mine is a SE).

You already have the burlewood (all V-8s)

You already have the disc-changer (kind of obsolete technology)

You don't want the old analog phone and overhead display/buttons (had to replace the header in mine to get rid of it and get back the center visor).

Your wheels are better.

So, buy the polished sill-plates and call it a special edition if you want, yours is better.
