Hi, I'm looking to purchase my second Mercedes. A 1980 300sd with climate control problems. I also found a 1975 280S(w116) in a junk yard with manual heating and air conditioning controls. BIG QUESTION: It looks like I could swap the ACC set-up for the manual one (with quite a bit of work). Has anyone done this? The ACC has got to be the biggest headache with these cars...IMHO
