He did not reattach your cargo screen? If he moved it out of the way he left it retracted. If he did then the switch is not being depressed and the roof will not go back and the light will blink warning you that the cargo screen is not in place. Its a safety device to protect the roof least something too tall is back there where the roof needs to rest. Open the trunk and see if the screen is retracted and not in its perches.

Thats my guess.
