Since you have spark, it sounds like your fuel pumps aren't operating. Did you pull a spark plug to see if it's wet with fuel? Also, before you go putting money into parts check the vacuum hoses, especially the ones going to and from the Idle Control Valve. They have to be securely connected for the engine to run.

When you turn the ignition on you should hear the fuel pumps operate for a second or two. If your Fuel Pump Relay is defective, you can remove the fuel pump relay and put a jumper across pins 7 & 8 and the fuel pumps should operate and the engine should start.
