I think this guy is pretty legit. Our local newspaper has a small ad that states in 2007, Healey Biodiesel gave Government officials a tour of the plant, and then took questions from Legislators. If he was running an illegal operation, he would have been shot down by now.My sales receipt states that road tax was paid, and this guy really has a thing going on, and if he has the Government aware of his operations, I doubt he is selling water laden crap biodiesel.
