Thanks for the kind words. We try to treat everyone like they are our best customer. That's one of the benefits of doing business with a small company like MercedesShop. We're not exactly Amazon.com! We want you to feel comfortable doing business with us and be assured between the parts and the Tech Help that you are getting a good value. Today you're thinking about an $0.89 part...next week you might need an $89.00 part. We want to develop repeat business from a loyal group of Mercedes enthusiasts who like doing business with someone who understands good service. Only time will tell if our strategy is correct.
