just want to say that I am bringing up issues here that I feel need to be addressed. I don't have all the answers to this issue. it just appears there is a lot more to the story concerning Cho and some of it doesn't make any sense whatsoever. I'm seeking answers and open to suggestions as to what, exactly is the solution.

I grew up in a small town and remember not having to lock the doors to the house or the car. it seems that those days are gone forever in this country. we have a gang problem in this country that seems to have consistently increased over time.

I always liked the idea of the Guardian Angels; the guys who wore the red berets and rode the subways in New York City and took on the gangs. guess they could be called a citizens posse of sorts. one thing for sure, if something isn't done and soon, the gangs will soon be running this place. even the History channel has a show about it titled, "Gang Land".

I've spoken with people who live overseas who occasionally visit the United States (former citizens who decided to get out). they say that when they arrive here they are very surprised by the decline in morals and ethics. they can't wait to leave. sad.
