That's pretty much what I thought. I have never found a shortage of Mailroom Clerks that swear the boss is so stupid and they can do a way better job with their eyes closed. After 5 years, they are still where they were working for that incompetent idiot instead of going to do their own thing. Like I said in another post, it boils down to 4 options:
1. Too stupid to know any better
2. Too lazy to put in the sweat and tears to do it
3. Too scared to take any risks and prefer a steady paycheck
4. A combination of the above
