The Lift Pump/Fuel Supply pump is bolted to the side of the Fuel Injection pump. In the first pic it is right above #5; the 2nd pic is the Fuel Supply Pump by itself and the parts #250. (There is no Hand Primer on your car.)

On Diesel Engines in general the first suspect when there is a loss of power are plugged or restricted filter/s or if the Fuel Tank Screen is plugged up.

However, it would be helpful if you gave a more complete description of your loss of power and when you are having the loss of power.

Example: Is your power loss when you first step on the pedal or is the loss of power at higher speeds like 60 mph? Also while you are having this loss of power is there any smoke or rough running of the Engine?
Do you have any Fuel Leaks?
