For spark plugs that have the screw-on metal cap where the spark plug wire attaches, what is the proper way to attach it? Do you simply screw it on hand tight? Do you use a little force with pliers to insure a tight fit? Do you use blue Loctite to insure the cap remains tight? Thanks for any insight!!!!!
