Yes there is a risk with the 401k of any corporation reorganizing, or being bought and not honering any old agreements-like pensions. And the 401k is being invested--by a---- stock broker -- Do you know what a Stock Broker is?????? He's a guy that takes his experience, and your money---- and turns it into HIS money---and your bad experience!

But if you are not as cinical of big buisness as I am , and you dont think another crash will happen like last year--Then you are going to play the 401k game---You started out at the right time 23 yrs old. No way I would start one 35-40 yrs old .
