More good news, I have found the motherload of records. This guy was a nut and trace it all the way back to his AZ odo reading of 55K and one prior to that. THis car wanted for nothing.
Cruise does actually work and the HVAC is working properly with ICE cold air, the system was refurbished a couple of years ago and a few thousand miles back with R134 and its arctic!
