On the 124, the door only opens an inch or so, but then it will lift upwards & out of the way. The TYC & Depo design is identical (just not at the same kwality level) so on a 124, aftermarket vs. OE doesn't matter. It would be nice to hear from other 126 owners with Euro lights, though...
