Torturing individuals who we knew with certainty were involved with nefarious activities is one thing. Torturing individuals who were handed over to us in exchange for a 5K$ reward-- half a lifetime's salary over there --is something else again.

What scarce mention this receives in our media and the lack of public concern for it is appalling.
