Sometimes I wish news like this was buried, because I think it gives people bad ideas.

Now the utilities are going to have to spend crazy money to keep manholes, and other access areas secure. No idea what they are going to do about the aerial lines (although personally I think that aerial lines are embarrassingly old fashioned and ugly).
