How far gone is it from it's 8 unit layout? Totally?

Have you got any pull to get that multi-family use reinstated? How tough is the zoning there? Maybe you could get a variance, claiming it would provide needed affordable housing. Your voice as next door neighbor would carry extra weight, no?
