How do I deny a payment I got from ebay via paypal? I specifically said in the add that only cash would be accepted. The seller for whatever reason decided to paypal me, but we talked about it over the phone and he is bringing cash.

Now how does he get his money back out of pay pal? I can't deny the payment, and I havn't accepted it either.

I didn't even remember I had a pay pal account until right now. Its total BS they want $10 as a transfer fee, F them. I'm not linking my bank accounts up to the internet, no way.
