It's my understanding that Saturn is totally held by creditors, as is it's original Spring Hill Tn factory thats currently building the small chevy van-whatever it's called and this was planned this way because Saturn was always they're own seperate dealerships. GM can simply default on the loans and dont have to buy out the dealerships, so Saturn might survive into a second life owned by someone else.
