What is the part number?

If you get a hold of MB, I believe the replacement 124 wood leather wheel may be the one for the 140 S Class. They do not bolt straight on to the 124. The slip rings are different and need to be "spiral" for the late model 124. You will also need a bigger hole in the boss for the wiring and a rubber grommet for the wires.

I have a brand new “Genuine” wood leather wheel from the MB dealer for my 124 Cabriolet except it does not fit! Fits a 140 S class though.

If you let me know the part number I can compare it to the one I have, that way I can let you know what to expect if it is the same.
