On the right side of the engine there is an arm with an arrow thing on it and a somewhat vertical adjustment rod/bolt, on this assembly there's a big 19mm bolt. Loosen that, then turn the adjustment rod bolt to add slack to the system. How did you get the belt off without doing this first? Cut it?
