Showbiz can really bring out the worst in people. Even relatively intelligent, nice people can act a complete ass when they start getting in front of cameras and audiences that are there just to watch what they do. Fortunately, it is not a terminal condition. Many can recover with a little help from their friends. Maybe Al is one of those.
