I have to tell this, it happened today, just kinda forgot about it.
I parked the car to get coffee, and a blind guiy got off the bus and was tapping along with the white cane. He was in front of me and got stuck at the sidealk ramp, because they broke up some concrete to make a new sidewalk. I walked to his side and asked him where he wanted to go? He said the coffee shop, I told him I'd guide him, he said just walk next to me and tell me if my hair looks ok. I told him it was fine. He said, when we go inside, tell me if there are any cute women and steer me near their tables.
I laughed and he said, hey, do you know what would be bad? I said no, what? It would be bad if I wasa deaf too, cuz then I couldn't hear them laugh. I can tell a lot by a woman's voice and whether or I not can get anywhere with her.
If this guy is busy on booty patrol while blind, we all need to be more optimistic..
