Above X2. Old German fuses can look fine when in fact they have oxidized ends and poor conductivity.

I do think it odd that ALL your windows quit along with the wipers, etc.. The windows alone are on two separate circuits, two separate fuses.

It sounds like a wiring/ground issue, to be honest.

OR - ignition switch?? Those are ALL items that you have to have the ignition "ON" in order for them to work.

Folks - is there a relay that links these functions to the ignition switch? Because that would be a logical candidate.....
