Inflation has nothing to do with your theories. Nobody is holding a gun on small businesses to use cheap labor. I can assure you, small or large business or employers will not pay a dollar more than they have to, to get ANY labor under any economic conditions. It wouldn't produce "serious inflation," according to your belief. The market solves ALL economies of scale, always have too.

They won't pay a dollar more than they have to. The dollar they have to is less for illegals than it would be for Americans. If the illegals were gone, they'd have to pay more in labor. If they have to pay more in labor, prices go up. Since just about everyone has some illegals working for them, prices would go up across the board. Many markets wouldn't be able to sustain the higher price.
