Are you sure that 12 million illegals really goes across the board so far that just about everyone has some illegals working for them?
Why won't markets be able to sustain higher prices? Again, it's not like say Denny's will be the only one raising prices. It will be all over so I am not sure it will affect things that much. But lets say that you are partially right and there is an effect of some sort, what about the cost of NOT having to support the illegals and their offspring? That could also become a savings and cover some of the costs. This is like tossing my kid out at 18. Sure, this means I have to mow the lawn or hire it out just like other jobs around the house when an extra set of hands is great. OTOH, I don't have to pay for his expenses so it might be a wash or a profit. You cannot argue that they don't take up resources.
