I need your help & advice. I recently bought a 190E 2.3 16V Automatic (98-K mi) and these are my main concerns for now.

1. Original suspension: rear struts / shocks problem, banging noise on uneven pavement, front as well. Rear seems sagging.
Solution? Parts? Cost?

2. Steering is heavy? Solution? Parts? Cost?

3. It takes 2 or 3 cranks to get it started and engine needs around 5-10 mins warm up time before it can be driven otherwise it chokes.Is this normal?

4. Where can I get a Technical Manual for this model car ?
