The Injectors very, very,very seldom leak between the upper and lower Injector Bodies; and having 3 of them leak would be extremely unusual. The exception would be if your Injectors have been taken apart for some reason.

There is easily a 99% chance that the leaks are being caused by those skinny fuel return hoses.
