Adjust the EHA and measure the current through it before you adjust the fuel to air mixture for Lambda (tower screw).
Oh, leave the CIS gauge on so yu can double check the pressure as you fiddle with the EHA. You need to read the pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers of the distributor.
