My diet has worked for me. Good cholesterol (good HDL/LDL, triglycerides), low BP, good weight. You can be a lacto-veggy and still eat a gallon of ice cream every day and have health problems or be genetically predisposed to high cholesterol and BP.
I do drink plenty of wine!
