Nope it wasnt overfilled. When I checked it the second time it was right at the top mark, but unfortunatley hazy pink (no bubbles).

Tonight I'm going to pressure test the raditor with the cooler lines off to see If get any water. I m also wondering whether the way I was working on my car last night contributed to anythng.....I was working on ramps with the hood only underneath the eve of my garage roof (couldn't pull it all the way in because another car was in there). It was raining extremeley heavy and though I was not getting wet, water was flowing off the open hood. I wonder if water was flowing down onto the top of the transmission into the vent?
