Hey Bob,

Do not be afraid to tug on the foam housing! After you see the pics as per Gilles good advice, compress the foam where it is under the seat base frame and pull it to the rear. The foam splits horizontaly then you can get at the connections and continue with the advice in this (your) old post!

Did you check the fuses as suggested?
Good luck - by the way it is better for you to stay on the original post rather than starting 3 threads for the same issue.
