The passenger outboard electric mirror on my 82 300SD gave up the ghost. I have a nice replacement from a 87 126 (think its a 420SEL, but not sure). The two mirror are wired differently - 4 wires in the 82 vice 5 in the 87 (heated mirror perhaps?) Anyway, does anyone have the respective wiring diagrams for the mirrors on these vehicles? Or just know off the top of the their head how the wiring should go? The 82 mirror has a white, brown, black and green wire; the 87 wires are white, black, brown, grey and black w/ red stripe respectively.
