I got a new radiator (nissens) and after flushing the transmission twice the fluid ran clear red. So, for good measure I flushed it once more. Everything looked good with exception of one curious observation when I dropped the pan. Though the fluid looked perfect within there was a slight pink film or residue on the bottom of the pan in one corner. I hope this didn't develop on the clutch pads
. But with three flushes, a new filter and new fluid the car runs great. Now I have another problem to attend to with my oil cooler lines
