What is normal and what is high temp on a 240D (115/123)?

Mine run about 185-195 degrees. In winter hard to see 175.
Both cars have a 185 thermostat.

New to Mercedes this year. Had nothing but Ford and some older GM cars. All my vehicles are rear wheel drive. Will Not own a front wheel drive!
