I meant the cabin air exhaust vents. Sorry I was not more specific.
Looking at that picture of the mouse in the blower, I would revisit the cabin air intakes and any air hoses that run into the cabin. If you are not using the car much, put some camphor balls (moth balls) in a sock and put it where you see the droppings. They HATE that smell and will probably move on...
There is also a poison bait you can get that when they eat it the mice become desperately thirsty and will head outdoors in search of water before they die.
