Ryan, that's a lot of car for $4k, even if it is a 1991. The condition, mileage, history, etc. is pretty impressive.
I wouldn't sell my '93 190E 2.3 with 92,000 miles for $4k that I purchased new, and that '91 300CE is worth a lot more than mine.
