Nowhere does it say he signed anything. And the original article mentions "advertisements" which would need to be defined anyway. If you had a bumper sticker that said "I love my dick" is that an ad for anything?

He needs to abide by it or go to court, the idea someone is "violating his rights" is ridiculous, he has a right to go live somewhere else where his behavior doesn't bother his neighbors.
