where is the absolute pressure switch?

my 93 190E 2.6 is doing the same thing with throwing error code 16, and ive noticed that my vacuum has become alot weaker recently. I have replaced the EGR valve, the vacuum lines and rubber hoses for the entire air pump/egr system last summer when the car failed smog, so everything there besides the switchover valves are new.

I tested the EGR valve with a vacuum pump and it does open and close, so I'm not sure where this error 16 is being thrown from.
