On a more positive note there are a couple old frame buildings that will provide an excellent concrete foundation for a new shop. My new brides commute is longer but she only works 3 days one week and 4 days the other. She is keeping her house in the Savannah area.
Is the interstate congested? I have friends that commute to Detroit everyday and once they get used to it they learn to make it efficient. Use the cell phone to take care of whatever business you may normally do at home and enjoy the ride. Also for internet if you have decent cell phone service its highly likely that someone offers 3g service in the area which is as fast as most lite landline connections.

It good to see that you are back on your feet, now is the time to send your ex a thank you card for enabling you to enjoy your life!
