Not sure a shop would test them for you for less than the cost of buying new replacement parts (non factory) You may want to buy a tested used parts on eBay, install them to see if the parts are the problem.

For the fuel relay test, remove it and jumper sockets 87 & 30 to see if fuel flows. There's a continuity test also if you have a volt meter and can apply voltage to the coil.
