You can check your part numbers on http://www.mbwholesaleparts.com/fmpc/start/index.jsp

You have to be careful with part numbers directly on the part because they could be for a component rather than the assembly. The middle 3 numbers (230) identify the functional area, and will be the same for the same kind of part across vehicles. The 140 number was for the alternator:
