QUOTE "did you pull the radio out and check the fuse that's on the radio? Also, I believe 99 MLs don't have fuse box on the passenger side kick panel"

do I need the special tool "key hooks??'' to pull the radio to access the fuse you are referencing?...or is this fuse in the fuse box under the hood? Once I pull the fuse will I need the special security code to turn the radio back on? What is the proper procedure for checking / changing this?
