On a 190....yeah, it should be there too, also the Engine control module and ABS control module, if the car has ABS. It's kind of more towards the center than that, but that general area. Again, follow the heater hose over on the passengers side, the valve connects to that hose back near the firewall, almost kinda "under" the windshield. Kind of a bear to get to, but there's worse jobs.
